  • All quotes provided by Hagan Glass and Aluminium are valid for a limited period, as stated in the quotation. After this period, we reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in material costs or other factors.
  • Orders are confirmed only once the required deposit is received. The final balance is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are subject to change based on the scope of work, materials used, and any other factors related to the project. You will be informed of any changes before they are implemented.
  • We require a deposit for all custom orders before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the project or as otherwise agreed.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or other methods agreed upon at the time of placing the order. Failure to make payments on time may result in delays in the project or legal action.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations of orders must be made in writing. Any cancellation after work has commenced may incur charges for materials and work already performed.
  • Refunds will only be considered if the cancellation is made before work begins or if the product is defective and cannot be replaced or repaired.

6. Installation and Delivery

  • We aim to complete all installations within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, material shortages, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Delivery of materials will be arranged at a time that is convenient for both parties. You are responsible for providing access to the site for our team to complete the installation.

7. Warranty and Liability

  • We offer a warranty on our products and installations. The specifics of the warranty will be outlined in your agreement or quote.
  • While we take great care to ensure the highest quality in our work, Hagan Glass and Aluminium will not be held liable for any damages or defects arising from misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications after installation.
  • We are not liable for any delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to accidents, weather conditions, or delays from suppliers.
